Rotherham’s ambitious Town Centre Masterplan proposes residential regeneration of the wider area between Westgate, Main Street and the River Don. This scheme is planned to be the first phase of that redevelopment.
Making the most of its prime waterside location, this development features twenty-eight homes for outright sale or shared ownership. Two and three bedroomed houses are available in a choice of styles.
