Red Pepper has recently re-opened under new management and its back with an added clout providing significant investment following a number of other new businesses welcomed to the town centre.
Partners Paul Holroyd and Sai Li have invested 100,000 pounds refurbishing the kitchen and restaurant as well as introducing a cocktail lounge, the only one in Rotherham, on the ground floor.
Paul Holroyd said: We are looking to revitalise the area and attract clientele to sample our excellent cuisine, we believe our Restaurant offers that extra something special complementing Rotherhams existing offer.
Sai Li who has a wealth of experience in Chinese Cantonese food said: Our ingredients are carefully chosen. We serve the best cuts of meat, finest seafood and freshest vegetables which are cooked to your individual taste.
