Rotherham is a thriving borough in South Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom. It is home to over 250,000 residents with two million people living within half an hour’s drive. The borough is 28,278 hectares (118 square miles), 70% of which is rural, with beautiful countryside and attractive, picturesque villages.

At the heart of the borough is Rotherham Town Centre, an attractive, compact location with pedestrianised shopping areas radiating from the magnificent Rotherham Minster. Rotherham Town Centre is a bustling and vibrant place to shop with over 400 businesses including a mixture of high street favourites, small independent retailers, cafes and restaurants, as well as lively indoor and outdoor markets which change daily.

The town hosts a varied and lively events programme throughout the year including everything from specialist markets to popular family attractions such as Rotherham by the Sea.

The town is currently undergoing an ambitious £2 billion regeneration programme which will see new, high quality retail, leisure, office, residential and public space schemes give the town a new lease of life, helping to change it forever.
